These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and any digital or physical products provided by Young Primary Leaders (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Young Primary Leaders (YPL) provides:

  • Membership access for schools and teachers to activity cards, leadership resources, and lesson materials.

  • Online student access to interactive learning modules through teacher-created accounts.

  • Downloadable and physical educational resources that support sports leadership in primary schools.

Our services are designed for educational use by teachers and pupils within the United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

  • Teachers and schools may register for YPL memberships and purchase resources.

  • Student accounts (for pupils) are created and managed by teachers. Students must not independently register or purchase services.

  • By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you confirm that you are a teacher, school representative, or authorised user acting on behalf of a school.

3. Accounts and Access

Teacher Accounts

Teachers are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate account information (including name, email, and school name).

  • Keeping login details secure and confidential.

  • Ensuring pupil accounts created under their membership are used responsibly and in accordance with these Terms.

Student Accounts

  • Pupil logins are provided by the teacher and must not be shared outside the school environment.

  • Pupil access is limited to online learning modules provided within the YPL platform.

  • Students should always be supervised when using YPL digital resources.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if these terms are breached.

4. Memberships and Payments

  • Memberships are available on a paid subscription basis for schools or teachers.

  • Payment is processed securely through our online store or invoice.

  • Access to digital resources and student modules begins once payment is confirmed.

  • Memberships renew according to the terms shown at checkout.

  • Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • If payment fails or a subscription expires, access to premium materials and modules may be suspended.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

We aim to ensure satisfaction with all YPL memberships and resources.

  • Digital resources and online content are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, due to their digital nature.

  • Physical resources (e.g. printed cards) may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

  • Refund requests can be made by emailing info@youngprimaryleaders.co.uk.

  • We reserve the right to assess refund eligibility based on individual circumstances.

6. Use of Materials

All YPL resources, including lesson materials, activity cards, and student modules, are protected by copyright.

You may:

  • Use materials within your school setting for educational purposes.

  • Print or display resources for classroom or playground use.

You must not:

  • Share, copy, resell, or distribute resources outside your school.

  • Upload or redistribute any YPL materials online or through third-party platforms.

  • Modify resources for resale or public distribution.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

We respect your privacy and comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We collect and process:

  • Teacher names, emails, and school details for account management.

  • Pupil usernames and progress data for module access.

All personal information is handled securely and used solely for providing YPL services.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful or harmful purposes.

  • Attempt to access restricted areas or interfere with site functionality.

  • Share pupil data with third parties or misuse login credentials.

We may suspend or terminate access if misuse or unauthorised activity is detected.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, materials, and resources are owned by Young Primary Leaders and protected by copyright and trademark law.
Use of our name, logo, or materials outside the scope of your YPL membership requires written permission.

10. Disclaimer and Liability

YPL aims to provide accurate and educational resources; however:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation of the website.

  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from misuse of our materials.

  • Teachers are responsible for ensuring pupil safety during physical activities or games run using YPL resources.
