1. Agreement
By using Young Primary Leaders, schools agree to these terms.
2. Platform Use
Young Primary Leaders provides online sports leadership modules for pupils.
Schools are responsible for:
- Managing student accounts
- Keeping login details secure
- Supervising pupil use
3. Acceptable Use
Users must not:
- Share accounts between schools
- Attempt to access other schools' data
- Misuse or disrupt the platform
4. Accounts
Teachers create and manage student accounts.
Teachers are responsible for maintaining secure access.
5. Data Ownership
Schools retain ownership of all student data.
Young Primary Leaders only processes data to provide its service.
6. Availability
We aim to provide reliable access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.
7. Liability
Young Primary Leaders is provided as an educational tool.
Schools remail responsible for supervision and safeguarding.
8. Payment
Young Primary Leaders provides paid access to its platform through either card payment or school invoice, as agreed during the purchasing process.
Card Payments
Where payment is made by card, access to the platform will be granted once payment has successfully been processed. Card payments are securely handled through our approved payment provider. Young Primary Leaders does not store full card details.
Invoice Payments
Where a school chooses to pay by invoice:
- An invoice will be issued to the school, MAT or organisation.
- Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date.
- Access to the platform may be granted upon agreement but remains conditional upon full payment being received.
- Young Primary Leaders reserves the right to suspend or restrict access if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.
Late Payments
If payment is not received within 14 days:
- Access to student and teacher accounts may be suspended
- Certificates and progress tracking may become temporarily unavailable
- Continued non payment may result in permanent account suspension
Refund Policy
All purchases are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital educational access, once access to the Young Primary Leaders platform has been granted, refunds cannot be issued.
Schools are encouraged to review all information prior to purchase.
Pricing
All prices are stated in GBP (£) unless otherwise specified.
Young Primary Leaders reserves the right to update pricing for future subscriptions. Existing schools will be notified of any changes in advance.
Founder Pricing Guarantee
Schools joining Young Primary Leaders during the Founder Year benefit from exclusive early-adopter pricing.
This Founder pricing is guaranteed and will remain fixed until the end of the 2026/27 academic year.
From the 2027/28 academic year, the platform will move to its standard pricing model, which is expected to be approximately double the Founder price. This reflects the full value of the programme and ongoing platform development.
Founder schools will receive advance notice and will continue to benefit from long-term pricing stability.
